Consent Obtained to Send SMS and Email Terms and Conditions
This Consent Obtained to Send SMS and Email ("Agreement") is made between you and Diskriter Company ("Company") and shall govern the terms and conditions under which you provide your consent for the Company to send SMS and email communications to you.

You acknowledge that standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent and received, and you are solely responsible for any such costs incurred.
Nature of Communications:
The SMS and email communications sent by the Company may include but are not limited to, marketing promotions, updates, notifications, alerts, and other relevant information related to the Company's products, services, or offerings.
Opt-out instructions:
If you wish to withdraw your consent and no longer receive SMS or email communications from the Company, you may opt-out at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in the SMS or email, or by contacting the Company directly. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. In case of failure to reach a resolution, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
