With Diskriter you will find a transcription solution that is highly customized, giving its clients a seamless transition to utilize the TransriterTM platform. Diskriter’s training program will consist of an on-site end-user training program that will be scheduled based on the client’s needs and end-user availability. Diskriter will allow for an initial week of on-site training, and if all training needs are not met, Diskriter will work with you to schedule further training. Diskriter will also train a client’s trainer who can assist with further training needs at your convenience. Diskriter core competencies include:

  • Proficient in transcribing in all specialties including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Mental Health, Clinical Laboratory and Radiology transcriptions.
  • Diskriter’s TransriterTM platform is capable of functions like accepting all types of dictions, dictation from third party systems as well (if required), the transmittal of pertinent patient demographic information and related information; provides facility to edit and correct reports present in the transcription system; provides direct transcription of dictated reports when necessary; quality review of completed reports and multi-featured capability to distribute transcribed and edited reports to members of the medical staff.
  • Capable of meeting approximate 45,100,000 lines yearly. Can be customized as per the needs of the client.
  • Proficient in providing adaptation and machine learning services for speech recognition system by analyzing and utilizing edits made to documents by a medical editor to continually enhance and improve the accuracy and quality of the speech recognition system. System has built-in adaption and continuous learning to adapt to clinician’s dictation habits.
  • System can be configured based on specific requirements of MRD. Settings can be applied to individual dictating clinician to enable reports to be processed bypassing the speech recognition software if required.
  • Diskriter is capable of a providing Turnaround Time (TAT) of 2 hours to 72 hours and it can be customized to meet the needs of the client.
  • System is capable of handling multi-accent dictators and support dictators from all dialects based on phonological, phonetic, lexical, and syntactic features.
